• 2.0 UDITOA Marquee Sponsor – $10,000.00
  Marquee Sponsor will enjoy a featured VIP 12'x12’ booth space in the mezzanine at the Trade Show on Tuesday, January 27, Up to five full registrations for the conference, One 30-minute speaking opportunity, Sole Bar Sponsor at the Final Banquet, Live Band Sponsor at the Final Banquet and Sponsorship signage to show UDITOA's appreciation will be visible throughout the convention.
• 2.1 Diamond Sponsorship – $5,000.00
  Diamond Sponsors enjoy a featured 10'x10' booth space in the mezzanine at the Trade Show on Tuesday, January 27 and 3 full registrations for the conference! Choose between one 15-minute speaking opportunity or dinner sponsorship! Signage to show UDITOA's appreciation will be visible throughout the convention.
• 2.2 Gold Sponsorship – $3,000.00
  Gold Sponsors enjoy a table at the Trade Show on Tuesday, January 27, dinner sponsorship and 2 full registrations for the conference! Signage to show UDITOA's appreciation will be visible throughout the convention.
• 2.3 Silver Sponsorship – $2,000.00
  Silver Sponsors enjoy a table at the Trade Show on Tuesday, January 27, lunch sponsorship and 1 full registrations for the conference! Signage to show UDITOA's appreciation will be visible throughout the convention.
• 2.4 Bar Sponsorship – $1,800.00
  Bar Sponsors enjoy a table at the Trade Show on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, $600 towards a bar tab and 1 full registration for the conference! Choose between available evening events! Signage to show UDITOA's appreciation will be visible throughout the convention.
• 4. Trade Show Table - Non-Member – $800.00
  Vendors who are not UDITOA members may register a table at the trade show. Space is limited. This registration gains you access to the UDITOA conference starting Monday evening for the Meet & Greet, Tuesday, January 27, 2026 for the day of scheduled activities including lunch and dinner.
