Registration

• 1.4 Member Monday Meet & Greet Only – $50.00
  This registration type may only be applied by UDITOA Admin. This is for Monday night's meet & greet -- Pizza party with cash bar. Must be an active UDITOA Member or be a guest of active member.
• 1.6 Member Tuesday ALL DAY Only – $200.00
  This registration type may only be applied by UDITOA Admin.
  
  Members choosing only to attend the Trade Show day of the Convention. The cost will cover the full day of events including the lunch and dinner.
• 1.7 Member Wednesday ALL DAY Only – $100.00
  This registration type may only be applied by UDITOA Admin.
  
  Members may attend only the Wednesday events including lunch.
• 1.8 Member Thursday ALL DAY Only – $250.00
  This registration type may only be applied by UDITOA Admin.
  
  Attend only Thursday events including studio slate presentations, marketing discussions. Includes lunch and final banquet dinner with entertainment.
• 1.9 Thursday CHILD Dinner ONLY – $65.00
  UDITOA Admin may choose this option for child meal on Thursday -- final banquet -- with open bar and entertainment. Parent must be an active member of UDITOA.
• 2.1 Diamond Sponsorship – $5,000.00
  Diamond Sponsors enjoy a featured 10'x10' booth space in the mezzanine at the Trade Show on January 30 and up to 2 full registrations for the conference! Choose between one 15-minute speaking opportunity or dinner sponsorship! Signage to show UDITOA's appreciation will be visible during the convention.
• 3.4 Vendor Wednesday Only – $175.00
  This registration type may only be applied by UDITOA Admin.
  
  Vendor may attend Wednesday events including lunch.
• 3.5 Vendor Thursday Only – $350.00
  This registration type may only be applied by UDITOA Admin.
  
  Vendor may choose to attend Thursday events including studio presentations and marketing discussions. This includes lunch and final banquet dinner with entertainment.
• 4. Trade Show Table - Non-UDITOA Member – $800.00
  Vendors who are not Corporate UDITOA members may register a table at the trade show. Space is limited. This registration gains 1 person access to the UDITOA conference for Tuesday, January 28, 2025 only and includes lunch. Each additional person manning the table is $250/each.
